2. How do I locate TecumsehPower Dealers in my area?

3. What type of oil goes in my engine?
Engine oil recommendations are located in the engine Operator’s Manual and also on the engine identification decal. TecumsehPower recommends using clean, high quality detergent oil. The oil should be checked before each engine use and changed every 25 hours of operation. Click on the link below for further details.

4. Can I use synthetic oil in my TecumsehPower engine?
Yes you can. We recommend changing the oil after the initial two-hour break-in period. However, due to the price of synthetic oil it may be cost-effective to use a petroleum-based oil for this break-in period and use synthetic oil from then on. Click on the link below for further details.
